We aim to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The item you received is not the item you ordered
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories and labels.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@stevostyle.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing
If the return is not approved, we will notify you with an explanation.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, StevoStyle will cover the return shipping cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for items that do not qualify for return.
